("I'm still in love with him," she says of Sidney. "Not in a practical way; more in a longing sort of way.") Sharon (Madeline Kahn) and Lauren Semple, mother and daughter, come to London to shop 'til they drop. Sharon meets Dennis Cummings (Richard Mulligan). "The Snorting Scotsman," as he's called, has two big problems: he has a penchant for top-down Ferraris (riding in which wreaks havok with Sharon's carefully-coiffed hair), and he has an unfortunate habit of making, well, noises...loud noises...when he laughs, which is often. What brings all these delicious characters with their sparkling dialogue together? And what do they have in common?
